BlinkDate's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation. Last updated September 22, 2026.

Our zero-tolerance standard

BlinkDate explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. These standards apply to every part of the BlinkDate app and service, even though BlinkDate is an adults-only dating service and users must be at least 18 years old.

Prohibited content and conduct

Prohibited CSAE includes, but is not limited to:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing it.

Grooming a child for sexual exploitation or attempting to establish sexual contact with a child.

Sextortion, sexual coercion, or threatening to share sexual material involving a child.

Child sex trafficking or using BlinkDate to recruit, advertise, facilitate, or profit from the sexual exploitation of a child.

Any sexualization of a child or content, communication, or behavior that otherwise sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

Misrepresenting age or attempting to evade BlinkDate’s 18+ age requirement.

How to report a concern

Use the in-app reporting tools to report a member or date. You may also contact the BlinkDate Safety Team by email. Put “Child Safety” in the subject line and include enough information for us to identify the account or incident. Do not send or attach suspected CSAM by email.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first.

How BlinkDate responds

We review child-safety reports and take prompt action appropriate to the risk and available evidence.

We remove prohibited content and may immediately suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM.

We preserve relevant information when appropriate and permitted by law to support safety reviews and lawful investigations.

We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority as required by applicable law.

We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations.

These Child Safety Standards are part of BlinkDate's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. A violation of these standards is a violation of those policies and may result in removal from BlinkDate.
