These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlinkDate (the "Service"), including our mobile application and related services. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BlinkDate. The Service is for adults only. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account secure.

BlinkDate is for meeting people in real life. You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, defraud, or harm other users, and not to post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consenting adults. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put the community at risk.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit conduct on video dates, and any attempt to exploit or scam other members.

You can report a user or a date from within the app or by emailing us. We review reports and remove offending content and users within 24 hours of a report. Abusive accounts may be suspended or permanently banned without refund.

To keep video dates safe, calls are monitored by automated safety systems as described in our Privacy Policy. Violations detected by those systems can result in immediate suspension.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts to protect users or comply with law.

Certain features or events may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices and terms are shown in the app before you confirm payment. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select until you cancel through your app store account settings.

Except where required by law or the applicable app store, payments are non-refundable. Taxes may apply based on your location.

You retain rights to content you submit (such as your quiz answers, profile text, and what you say and show on video dates). You grant BlinkDate a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service, including automated safety review of video dates.

You must have the rights to any content you submit and must not infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the Service; record other users; use it for spam or bulk messaging; promote escort services or commercial sex; circumvent payment or access controls; or use the Service in violation of law.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee matches, event attendance, or outcomes from offline meetings. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including meeting in person.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlinkDate and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50), except where such limitations are prohibited.

You will indemnify and hold BlinkDate harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the app and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
